　配送方法について - Shipping
EMS（国際スピード郵便）で発送いたします。

配送料金は、送り先・重量により計算されます。
配送期間は発送してから、約3～4営業日ですが、
通関事情により遅れる場合もございますので、予めご了承ください。

Items will be sent by EMS (Express Mail Service)

Shipping cost is calculated on the basis of weight and country.
Items will be sent in 3-4 business days, but might be delayed because of the situation at the customs.
　お支払い方法について - Payment
クレジットカード払いのみです。
取り扱いカードはVISA・MASTER・JCB・AMEX・Dinersです。
お支払い回数は１回払いのみです。


お支払い総額は（商品代金）＋（配送料）です。


ご注文後、自動配信メールより１～２日ほどで
送料を計算しなおした合計金額をメールでお知らせさせて頂きます。


カードの承認の際に何らかのエラーが出た場合、
その旨をご連絡しご注文をキャンセルさせていただきます。

当店ではセキュリティ上の配慮から
クレジットカード利用控はお送りしておりません。
（カード会社から送付されます ご利用明細をご確認ください。）


なお、弊社ではＳＳＬというシステムを利用しておりますので、
カード番号は暗号化されて送信されます。ご安心下さい。

Total amount is the price of the item(s) + shipping cost

After receiving your order, we correct the shipping cost and
send you an email and let you know the actual total cost.
This will be 1-2 days after you receive the order confirmation email.

If there are any problems in approving your credit card,
your order will be cancelled. We will email you and let you know if that happens.

We are not sending you a credit card receipt for security reasons.
Please check the statement from your credit card company.

We use SSL system and your credit card information will be encrypted.

こちらからのメールの日本語を含んだ件名を必ず残し、
それに英語を追加記入する形でメール送信をお願いします。

Email with English subject might be deleted to avoid getting spam mail.
To prevent that, we ask you to keep the Japanese subject in our email and add
some Engish after the subject when you reply to our email.




　発送時期について - Shipping time
弊社では自社の工房にて、
商品の４割を仕上げ前の段階で保管し、
ご注文をいただいてから仕上げにかかる受注生産となっております。
ご注文いただいてから、商品の発送まで約１～２週間かかります。

Since we keep 40% of our items before finishing in our factory and finish them after receiving an order,
it takes about 1～2 weeks to send out the items after receiving your order.
　幅広・幅狭商品について - Special order: bigger/smaller instep width
幅広特注では、
通常代金＋735円で甲の幅を6～8mm広げることができます。
先の丸いカジュアル靴やサンダルはさらに5mm程広げることができます。


幅狭特注では、通常代金＋735円で甲の幅を狭くすることができます。

発送はご注文より7～14日お時間をいただきます。
幅広・幅狭商品ページに商品代金+735円された買い物カゴをご用意しております。
そちらからご注文ください。

商品ページに幅広・幅狭用買い物カゴがない商品は、
特注をお受けできない商品となっております。ご了承ください。

If you order a bigger instep width,
we can make the instep 6-8mm wider with extra 735 yen.
Round toe shoes and sandals can be made extra 5mm wider.


If you order a smaller instep width,
we can make the instep narrower with extra 735 yen.
Bigger/smaller instep width is available only for Magic sandals selections.


It take 7-14days to ship the items after we receive the order.
We have a shopping cart on each page for special orders (regular price + 735 yen).
Please place an order from there.

If there is no shopping cart for special orders, the items can not be wider/narrower.
